Is pacsun going out of business?
No. Pacific Sunwear is in no more danger of going out of business than any other clothing retailer. They have zero debt, more than $20 million in cash, and the guaranteed ability to borrow up to $150 million through 2015. They are currently making adjustments to inventory levels, corporate structuring, and spending for 2009 and the stores that were closed in 2008 were other brands that PacSun owned, D.E.M.O. and OneThousandSteps, and not Pacific Sunwear stores.
