You’re gonna want to look at some forums to see how hight you can SAFELY overclock your card on stock cooling. If you only OC about 60mhz then it is safe but that is just a guess for that card. Have Fun overclocking and BE CAREFUL I just fried my 150$ 8800GT yesterday from overclocking, thank god it has a lifetime warranty =).

Yea i overclock with ntune just don’t go crazy and always look at your temperature to make sure it’s not to hot. (If it’s above 60C that’s bad).
