Is Outsourcing the same thing as Offshore or Offsourcing?
No. Outsourcing simply means that you are awarding a project to an outside party or company (who may or may not have an offshore component) instead of doing the work internally. Offshore typically means that you are performing project work outside the United States. Offsourcing is just another way of saying that you are sourcing projects to a company that is located outside the United States.
