Currently, a group of key nonprofit/voluntary sector leaders and government representatives are meeting to explore strategies on how to strengthen the relationship between the Government of Alberta and the nonprofit/voluntary sector. The purpose of the Alberta Nonprofit/Voluntary Sector Initiative is to ensure a strong and sustainable nonprofit/voluntary sector that has the ability to provide the services and supports that Albertans expect to be part of their communities.
