Is Othodox Christianity one of the oldest teachings of Christ and Holy Scripture?

Orthodox is definitely one of the oldest, but that does not mean it is necessarily the most correct. The word orthodox means “correct in opinion.” This term was used to combat the many different sects that existed in the early history of Christianity. The question we need to ask ourselves is, Just because a group claims they are “correct in opinion” does that mean they really are? The other sects that existed at that time probably believed they were “correct in opinion”. There are over 30,000 different groups in Christianity today. I am sure every one of those will say that they are “correct in opinion” as well. God Bless! +?
