GSA Order ADMN 480.2E identifies those agencies and activities authorized to use GSA sources of supply and services. Although OSU receives several grants from the federal government, grantees are not eligible to use these agreements. If you would like more information about eligibility to use GSA contracts, visit their website, click on “General Information”, then Item 5: Eligibility to use GSA sources of supply and services. The good news is – the fact that as a grantee we are not eligible to utilize GSA sources of supply and services does not prohibit us from seeking discounts similar or equal to GSA discounts.
