A. Absolutely. Management’s accountability is clearly defined in the OPB’s governance documents. The President & CEO is accountable to the Board for the actions of OPB management. Management is accountable to the President & CEO for the actions of OPB employees. Employees must: • abide by OPB’s Statement of Governance Principles, By-laws and Code of Conduct; • adhere to OPB policies governing ethical behaviour; and • ensure that OPB complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
