First, starving yourself will not lead to losing weight as quickly as other methods. Second, this is not the proper section, try Diet & Fitness. When the body thinks it’s starving, it will not allow weight loss. At some point, you will lose weight, but not without blackouts, fatigue, and possibly death. If you’re trying to lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. Don’t diet. They’re a waste of time. There are so many diets to choose from because at one point or another, you will mess up on a current diet, and some person thinks that their new diet is the solution. Diets work by limiting yourself to certain foods and deprivation, in the hope that you will lose weight. This can work, but at some point, your body will think it’s starving and will retain weight to stay alive. Also, stay away from pills.
