Is Online Scheduling secure?
The online scheduling system, managed in partnership with the Indiana Office of Technology, is secure. Customers are asked to provide their name, Driver License Number, mailing address, email address and the type of transactions being performed. Can customers schedule appointments via the telephone? Branch appointments may only be scheduled online. Customers may access the BMV Web site from computers available to the public in libraries or schools. Are appointments available at all BMV branches?
