A. Yes. 910 KAR 1:240 requires that in-service education shall be provided on an annual basis. KRS 194A.719 does require in-service education on all listed topics, but not every topic during every year. Topics to be provided in the annual in-service education shall be determined by the ALC, as required for each employee to perform his or her assigned duties.
