No. Kane only draws the one card when first playing the Inferno Match. Q: If I’m playing Jericho and I have an Enter The Stratus-Phere in the Ring, can I discard ONE card to activate BOTH Jericho’s ability and the Stratus-Phere? A: No, for two reasons. You can’t use a card to fulfill two costs. You also can’t use Jericho’s ability before you draw, which is when you have to discard to the Stratus-Phere.
