Is On-Street parking permitted in Village Grove East?
The Board of directors would like to remind everyone that Section L, Sub-Section 4 (a) of the deed restrictions prohibits on-street parking. Occupant vehicles are to be parked only in the garage or driveway of your property. We have received numerous complaints from residents of the community that on-street parking is occurring on some streets in the Community, creating traffic and safety hazard. Please make sure you are abiding by the deed restrictions by not parking on the street.
