ObsurferPro is not intended as a method by which access to Internet sites can be physically blocked, as all too often this can interfere with legitimate use of what is a valuable resource. Instead, ObsurferPro is designed to enable network administrators to monitor users’ surfing behavior, produce reports on Internet access trends, and use rules to manage this access.
