Is Oberweis Dairy milk organic?
Oberweis Dairy’s milk is not organic we believe its better! We have considered producing organic milk; however, we believe that organic rules lead to a lower quality product than Oberweis currently produces, and we are unwilling to compromise on quality. We set our standards for milk at levels that only the best farmers can achieve and demand the highest quality raw milk from the farm. At Oberweis, we know each farmer and have a long-term relationship with our farms. Even our three-cow logo comes from a photo of three real life Oberweis cows. Rather than purchasing comingled milk from a cooperative of high-output farms, we have relationships with the best family farms. These families care about producing milk as a way of life and take pride in producing the highest quality raw milk available.
