Is Obeah the same as Valeren?
Obeah, the Discipline practiced by the Modern Age Salubri, is either descended from Valeren or is a third Path of Valeren. Obeah shares many powers with the Valeren’s Healing Path, but only two powers (levels 1 & 3) are identical. As for the others: • Level 2 Obeah has the same ability to cause sleep, but unlike Valeren it also reduces pain. • The powers of level 4 Valern, are missing from Obeah. • Obeah level 4 matches level 5 of Valeren, while level 5 of Obeah, matches level 6 of Valeren.
