Yes, he does expect that. For some reason, he thinks Americans will gladly take any job he creates for them, like the WPA during the depression. This just shows how out of touch with reality he is. We already have jobs that Americans won’t take. And we have people who are unemployed because they refuse to settle for less. One example is my friend’s brother. He made $250,000 a year in advertising. However that job was nepotism. The owner was a friend of his father’s. When the company needed to make cuts, he was one of the first to go. He applied and interviewed for other jobs but didn’t get any offers. Finally one company offered him $65,000 and he scoffed at that. As his bills started piling up, he was forced to eat humble pie and called the company who offered the lower pay. They had already filled the job.
