There is no such plan. One would have to be illiterate AND know absolutely nothing about the basic structure of our country to read what Obama said and conclude otherwise. The Chinese Cultural Revolution was a complex thing. People were murdered. Lots of them. I wish people who didn’t know what they were talking about would stop making these absurd references. You are trying to compare a properly elected American president to mass murderers of women and children. You’re ridiculous. And why do the unstable and the ignorant always exhort others to “wake up”?
