Is OAKS Online mandatory for all students?
OAKS Online is the mandatory form of testing. However, OAKS Paper/Pencil tests are available as accommodations to individual students on IEPs or 504 plans and individual students that would benefit from the Paper/Pencil format. All students that receive a Paper/Pencil test must have documentation at the district with evidence of their necessity. Any student that receives an OAKS Paper/Pencil test must not be given access to OAKS Online for that subject.
