Is NTA News Despicable Propaganda?
Sometimes I just sit and wonder for a few minutes when thoughts stray back home and how things were. Well with so many articles on the state of politics and related issues, I need not write anything in that direction, but something struck me again recently. I left Nigeria when AIT was just gathering steam, Channels was making waves and Muhri TV was simply there to watch Yoruba movies, (a completely different story, don’t they all contain movies on the extreme use of Juju and jealousy?) Muhri was the private equivalent of NTA Channel 7 based at Tejuosho at the time. But NTA 2 Channels 5 & 10 http://www.ntanewsonline.com/ were still the stations to beat. I sat down to watch my local news in Maryland in the United States last night for the first time in a long time. Any surprises? No?
