No. Although Sybase supports NT 3.51 supported as a client platform for Adaptive Server Enterprise, we do not support NT 3.51 for server installations of ASE-NT. You may use NT 3.51 for server installations of Adaptive Server’s predecessor, Sybase SQL Server 11.0.x.
