Is notional rent still unlimited or has a cash limit been applied?
A Current notional rent payments will be guaranteed. In future, the current non-cash limited GMS budget for some premises costs (including notional rents) and the current cash-limited unified budget for other premises costs (including cost rents) will form part of a single fund, subject to primary legislation.
