Is not space tourism a waste of Natural resources?
A lot of things are wastes of natural resources. Eating meat is a vast waste of natural resources. Watching TV is a major waste of natural resources. Being awake after sunset is a waste of natural resources. Leisure time in general is usually a waste of natural resources. And we spend more on meat and TV than we spend on space tourism. We burn more energy producing meat and powering our TVs than we burn on space tourism; it’s so expensive that very few people do it at all. If anything, space tourism is an environmental boon. It helps fund NASA and private space companies, whose research can lead to more fuel-efficient cars, better understanding of the environment through earth-observing satellites, and even help farmers produce crops more efficiently. Before you pick up that rock, check materials of your walls. They might be glass.
