Noise from construction work is exempt from the City’s Noise Ordinance between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Construction work outside of these times must comply with the City’s Noise Ordinance. Additionally, construction noise on Federal holidays must comply with the City’s Noise Ordinance.
