Yes. NOAALink is mandatory for IT infrastructure products and services, except for micro-purchases such as printer cartridges or toner. AGO and OCIO expect that all IT requirements that fit within the NOAALink Service Areas will go through NOAALink. In the future, NOAALink will also be able to satisfy mission requirements.
