Is nitrous oxide a drug?
Nitrous oxide gas (N2O) has numerous applications. While we are concerned only of nitrous oxide use in food preparation, we are aware that it also has certain illicit uses. Also known as “Laughing Gas”, nitrous oxide has been used for many years as an anasthetic and pain killer. As a drug, nitrous oxide has a distinct medical application which is not within the scope of anything we do here at Creamright. We will not sell nitrous oxide chargers to anyone we suspect may be using the chargers for anything other than food preparation. The misuse and/or abuse of nitrous oxide is illegal in most states and dangerous to your health. Also, because of the potential for abuse, we will not knowingly sell our products to anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to cancel any transactions made through our website and will refer any persons suspected of breaking the law to local law enforcement.
