Is Nightmare on Elm street scary?
I watched the original ’84 ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’ when I was about 9 – I didn’t sleep for approximately 3 days. I’m 15 now, still wouldn’t watch it to be honest, you can imagine how much it gives me the creeps since I change the channel when they advertise the remake on TV. I watched ‘Scream’ as well, not too impressed with it, kind of pointless really. But I don’t think I’d recommend ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’, I mean if she found ‘Scream’ scary, the new one with all the special effects and rather sinister, realistic looking Krueger is going to be terrifying. P.S.: I know that I shouldn’t really have watched it when I was 9 but still, it was worth it, now I can say I watched it…AND survived.
