Currently, the NHP Online System enrolment is not mandatory for applicants and representatives who wish to continue to submit their licence applications on paper. However, applicants and their representatives wishing to take advantage of the NHP Online System as a means of exchanging information electronically with the Natural Health Products Directorate (NHPD) must be authorized by the Directorate to do so. Enrolment is the formal process of requesting such authorization. Once enrolled, applicants and their representatives will be able to conduct business electronically with the NHPD using PosteCS secure e-mail.
