Is NEWTREE Chocolate Certified Fair Trade?
With regards to fair trade, NEWTREE chocolate cannot be certified as fairly traded. Currently there is an insufficient amount of quality certified fairly traded cacao beans in the market to allow us to use fairly trade cacao exclusively. It is worth noting that at this time, fair trade only certifies the price paid for the cacao beans and not their quality.
