the drive won’t change , Sony is adding 3-d capabilities by a firmware update , you’ll still need a 3-d ready tv and special glasses though , the update patch is just to synch the tv , ps3 and glasses ( which use shutters ) to the movies or games .

no rumor games or already in 3d but tvs have 2d 3d is overrated and will not make in home who wants where glasses all day and watching 3d allday will kill ue eyes its fir movies only
