its not going to hurt you, i mean i used to think that would work and all it did was make it worse by like getting into the pimple and making it look bubbly or something, dab a little hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip and dab it on the pipmle, it wat is most acne medicine anyways and cheaper, dont go overboard with it though, just a dab wait a min.
