Is Neopost a comparable alternative to Pitney Bowes for postage equipment?

We are currently renegotiating a number of leases with PB and I was wondering if others could share experience they have had with Pitney and Neopost equipment. I have heard from others that Neopost machines have difficulty metering certain types of envelopes so I am curious to hear from others as to their experiences with both suppliers. Thanks.
