Is natural gas an option? Can we install a propane, electric, pellet or wood fireplace?

Unfortunately, natural gas is not available in this part of New Brunswick. No permission is required for a tenant to install an electric fireplace however the tenant must obtain permission from the management to add or enhance electrical services if they are required to operate the electric fireplace. If permission is granted from the management you may install a propane or pellet fireplace. The management will not approve any requests for the installation of a wood burning fireplace.
