Is my Xerox Xpress printer supported with the ZEH Standard Package or ZEH Enhanced Package?
PLOT EXPRESS supports these printers; however, the license to use the output module required for these printers is not included in either the Standard or Enhanced Package. If you purchased your printer from XES, check with your XES sales representative because you may have acquired the right to use ZEH’s Xerox Xpress output module. If so, you should obtain a license certificate from your XES sales representative. You must fill out the certificate with the requested information, then fax it to ZEH. ZEH will send you the license required to support these printers. If you do not have a license to use ZEH’s Xerox Xpress output module, you should contact your ZEH sales representative. Software to support these printers is installed with both the Standard and the Enhanced Packages. Once you obtain a license for these printers, you can configure plotters through WebPlot, WebAdmin, or Administrator’s Console according to the instructions in the product documentation.
