Is my spouse/same sex domestic partner eligible to receive tuition reimbursement at UM?
A. Your spouse/same sex domestic partner cannot receive tuition reimbursement at UM unless he/she is also employed by UM and meets certain criteria. However, it is possible to apply for the reduced in-state residency tuition rate for your spouse if he/she is otherwise considered to have out-of-state residency.
