No, not really. You are not setting out a hypothesis which can be tested by experiment and then have results measured. An example might be: If I study hard, I will get good grades. One year, you would study really hard and see what grades you get. The next year, you would not study at all and see what grades you get. Your hypothesis would be tested by your results.
