Is my privacy protected on Skyfire?

Absolutely – we take your privacy very seriously. You can read about our privacy policy on our web site at http://www.skyfire.com/about/privacy-and-security. We do not store usernames and passwords, only session information and cookies. For instance, when you log into Yahoo, you provide username and password, and Skyfire passes this through to Yahoo and gets back a cookie. The original username and password are not stored. Technically we hold cookies and history in our data center, since this is how Skyfire works as server assisted browsing. Without this, you would not be able to see any history and would have to log into web sites any time you navigate there. You can always clear your cookies and history by going to “Menu > Settings > Advanced Options” and clear your cookies and/or history.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
