Is my patient pre-entered into the WebSMR?
If CSA receives the patient’s booking form from your office ahead of time, the patient’s demographics will be entered ahead of your surgery. Please check your patient list to see if the patient has been entered prior to using the “create patient” button. This will cut down on duplicate records and save you time too by eliminating unnecessary patient creation.
