Just trim the dying leaves. Palms experience some dieback as new leaves form, especially when restricted to a pot. You might like to give it a bigger pot next month. Make sure some of the added soil is sand. Do not feed your palm after transplanting as this will shock it. Wait a full year before fertilizing.
