Yes, our homes are built to meet or exceed the stringent IECC (International Energy Construction Code) building codes. Braselton Homes features such energy efficient items as 14 SEER AC systems, R-30 attic insulation, R15 wall insulation, Low-E double paned windows, etc. In addition, any new home permitted after May 2nd 2008 will be built to Energy Star standards.
