In order to access the ‘Order Supplies’ link located on your printer’s Embedded Web Server home page, you must have a JetDirect 615n (or higher) EIO card installed in that printer. Older cards prohibit access to the printer’s EWS by intercepting HTTP requests and redirecting them to the EIO card’s internal Web configuration service. To upgrade your JetDirect EIO card, contact your preferred reseller or purchase direct from HP.
