Is my neighbour entitled to look at my plans?
Not until they are submitted for planning permission. Once submitted however they are deemed to be ‘in the public domain’ and anyone can look at them and make comments. Conversely, any comments made about your proposal are also ‘in the public domain’ and therefore available for you to see. Special arrangements exist for developments with secure areas.
