Is my Motherboard temperature normal?

how do you test the temperature of the heat-sink? with a temperature probe? What heat-sink are you testing to get this temp? I assume it is not the CPU heat-sink but on one of the chipsets on the board. I would suggest the temperature is at the higher end of normal if it is a chipset heat-sink, but not if it is the CPU, then it should be lower. There are four sets of heat-sinks on the P6X58D and they are all connected via a heat pipe, see if you can get a bit more direction on one of the input fans, perhaps see if you can make some sort of cone to direct the airflow directly onto one of these heat-sinks to give it a helping hand. If you can cool one the rest will also cool, the whole point of these linked heat-sinks is to distribute the temperature evenly and if you cool one point specifically it will even out the temps across the four points meaning it will lower them all. The easiest way to make a cone is take the case fan out of the PC case, fold an A4 sheet of paper to fit around t
