Our satisfaction guarantee allows you up to ten days from the purchase date of insurance to cancel your protection plan and receive a full refund of premium, as long as you have not already attended the event or filed a claim. No refunds shall be paid after the ten days. However, if you do have to cancel your event, make sure you review your Certificate of Insurance/Policy.
