Is my jewellery insured, safe and secure?
We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which is pre-paid and fully-insured up to £2,500.00. More information on this service can be found at the Royal Mail Website – www.royalmail.com We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit, so therefore please ensure you are satisfied with the insurance cover before posting any items to us. When in our care your goods are secure and vaulted, Our insurance provides you with all risk cover while in our care, Our insurance cover will pay you out the sum of and no more than the valuation amount we quote you, and that is the maximum amount of cover we insure , whether you take up our offer or not. For example if the valuation we place on your goods is £500.00, then issue you a £300 loan, you goods whilst in our care will be insured for £500.00. (The valuation amount we quote you is what we insure your goods for). Special note: Your goods are not insured on a new for old policy and no exceptions will be made to the above offered
