Is my J-tube Mic-Key button suppost to rotate????

My mic-key j-tube (just j-tube in the jejunum) keeps turning around a bit, interventional radiology wasn’t sure if the size they put in would be correct that it was just a little small and I might need the next size, but they told me to watch for pain, pressure and uncomfortableness, I don’t have any of that (a little pressure assuming it was from the balloon holding it on.
