IQ.Web and samuelmerritt.edu email are not using the same source for secure authentication. In other words, your login for IQ.Web is not linked to your login for samuelmerritt.edu email or Blackboard, even though the user name is the same. So, if you change your password for email, your password for IQ.Web does not change.
