Is my hoover washing machine repairable?

0

I have a hoover too, but it is 11 years old, they don’t make them as good as they used to. Make sure you are not overloading it – towels become really heavy when wet – I put too many in and almost destroyed my machine (the agitator may have snapped on yours). Is the washer still under warranty? Normally you get about 2 years or so, my husband worked for hoover & did a bit on washing machines, he said that is sounds like the bolt in the middle holding it all in has come undone or has not been done up correctly during production (very unusual). You would need a socket set with an extention handle to be able to get down far enough to do it up – make sure you pull the electricity plug out first before doing anything! Try not to soak clothes in there too much overnight with products like Nappysan – as these washing powders are very caustic and the metal bolt/screws in the middle of your machine can eventually start rusting from the powder. Try & soak in a bucket. I hope you can fix it, othe
