Your fence is overhanging his property – take it down and affix the post to your side of the wall – there – that problem is solved. As to the other one go to your local council and have a word or two with the health and safety officer and ask his advice as to what distance you should have your flue pipe from your neighbours window. Please do try and not cross knifes with your neighbour – because it can soon run into an out and out row, ending up in court and costing a lot of money.
