Yes, because salt systems simply make chlorine, SpectraClear is compatible with salt systems and chlorine generators. SpectraClear will allow you to dial down the amount of chlorine the salt system manufactures. However, there are pool owners who successfully use SpectraClear with no chlorine by choosing other residual sanitizers. Again, we recommend a low level of chlorine for safety and simplicity.
