Is my ex entitled to any of my working / child tax credits?
No. Child Tax Credit, working tax credit and child benefit are paid to the Parent with Care of the child. That is you. He is the Non Resident Parent, he can’t claim these. The child payments are for the care of the child and payments are made to you as the main carer. What you then do with the money is a matter for you alone.
